Welcome Science students and staff - September 2015
Welcome to all new and returning students to ITT Dublin.
For new students, I am the science and computing subject librarian. Over the next few weeks you will be introduced to the library and all the resources that are available to you to successfully work through your assignments and exams.

Subscribe to library updates through facebook, twitter and library blogs such as the Library and Science & Computing blogs . These will keep you up to date about current trials, new journals of interest etc.

Pharmaceutical Science - resources at your library
Pharmaceutical Science students have access to many resources through the library website.
Remember to set up your library PIN for access to these resources on and off campus 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Library book search - search the library catalogue for recommended books or other books on your subject area.
Databases A-Z - ScienceDirect, Academic Search Complete, ACS online, WOS and Academic onefile are just some of the databases available for searching high quality documents.
United States Pharmacopeia online - please note that only one user can access USP at any one time so please log out when you are finished.

Subject links and support - contact your subject librarian for help with using library resources to find information.
Pharmaceutical Science subject internet gateway provides quick links to useful websites and professional organisations in your field of research e.g. FDA orange book, Eudralex, PDA and ISPE.
