Innovation showcase 2015

The first Dublin Region Innovation Consortium (DRIC) Showcase will be held in The Courtyard, DIT Aungier Street, Dublin 2 on Wednesday, 25th February from 3pm to 7.30pm.
This event will showcase the latest technologies and research capabilities being developed in Dublin Institute of Technology, ITT Dublin, IT Blanchardstown, IADT Dun Laoghaire and National College of Ireland with the aim of promoting industry-academic R&D collaboration and technology transfer.
Attendees will have the opportunity to meet researchers from each institution, learn about technology developments in the areas of ICT, Engineering, Clean Tech and Food & Life Science, and explore opportunities for collaboration.

YLS Symposium - Cell to Cell Communication, 12th November 2014



This Young Life Scientists’ Symposium (YLS) is a one day scientific conference organised by PhD students and post-docs for their peers. The aim of YLS 2014 is to promote networking and professional development through social events and careers sessions, as well as scientific talks and poster sessions.

YLS 2014 is being held in conjunction with the Irish Area Section of the Biochemical Society Annual meeting. The focus of YLS 2014 is on cell to cell communication as well as talks on grant writing and non-academic careers.

Registration to YLS 2014 is free and is open until 31st October.

Databases A-Z - ScienceDirect, Academic Search Complete, ACS online, WOS and Academic onefile are just some of the databases available for searching high quality documents.
