A fellowship programme for women from UK and Ireland operating in STEM areas is open for applications, with five recipients to receive £15,000 (€19,000).
Open to female postdoctoral researchers working in the fields of life and physical sciences, engineering, mathematics and computer sciences.

The Google Research Team have recently launched the Google Internet of Things (IoT) Technology Research Award Pilot. "This pilot provides selected researchers in-kind gifts of Google IoT related technologies with the goal of fostering collaboration with the academic community on small-scale (~4-8 week) experiments, discovering what they can do with our software and devices."
